How you'll be supported as you grow into the role

You are not expected to "know everything" from the start. Internal Coaches are usually supported through:

• Formal certification and training
• Working alongside experienced SquadifyPro Coaches
• Learning through early cycles with teams
• Ongoing feedback and reflection

Confidence tends to build quickly once you've supported one or two teams through a full cycle.

Training and certification

Internal Coach certification includes what certification covers, how training is delivered, and what "ready to coach" looks like. Training is delivered through a combination of e-learning and live sessions.
