Using SquadBot

How the AI assistant can support your coaching practice

SquadBot is an AI-powered assistant within the Squadify platform. Internal Coaches most often use SquadBot in three ways.

1. Exploring team insights

SquadBot can help you summarise key patterns in a team's results, highlight strengths and areas worth exploring, and surface themes to bring into coaching conversations. This can be particularly useful when supporting multiple teams or reviewing results for the first time.

2. Developing ideas for team development

SquadBot can support ideation by suggesting possible focus areas based on the data, generating discussion prompts for team sessions, and offering examples of small, practical actions teams might try.

These are starting points, not recommendations. Your judgement as a coach remains central.

3. Preparing for coaching sessions

Many Internal Coaches use SquadBot to prepare for Team Leader debriefs, structure team conversations, and think through how to introduce sensitive topics constructively. This can reduce preparation time and increase confidence, especially in early cycles.

Trust, data, and boundaries

Remember, SquadBot is not a coach — but it can fit alongside your coaching. It does not lead sessions, decide priorities, replace reflective listening or facilitation, or judge team performance.

Its role is to support your preparation so you can focus fully on the coaching conversation.

In terms of data security, SquadBot follows the same principles as the wider Squadify platform: only aggregated team-level data is used, individual responses are never visible, and client data is not used to train AI models.

Coaches should apply the same professional judgement when using SquadBot as with any other coaching tool.
