Using SquadBot
How the AI assistant can help you make sense of your team's results
SquadBot is an AI-powered assistant within the Squadify platform. You don't need any technical skill to use it — you ask questions in plain language and it responds based on your team's results.
1. Making sense of your team's report
SquadBot can help you understand what your results are showing — summarising the main patterns, pointing out strengths worth building on, and highlighting areas that might be worth a closer look. This is often the quickest way in when you're looking at a report for the first time.
2. Preparing for the team conversation
You can use SquadBot to think through how to open the session, generate discussion prompts, and consider how to raise a sensitive topic constructively. Many Team Leaders find this the most valuable use — it takes the pressure off having to structure the conversation from a blank page.
3. Thinking through actions
SquadBot can suggest possible focus areas based on your data and offer examples of small, practical changes other teams try.
These are starting points for discussion, not instructions. The actions that work are the ones your team agrees on together — SquadBot is there to help you get the conversation started, not to decide for you.
Trust, data, and boundaries
SquadBot is not a human coach. It can't read the room, pick up on what isn't being said, or hold the relationships in your team — and it doesn't judge how your team is performing.
Its role is to help you prepare and think things through, so you can lead the conversation itself.
In terms of data security, SquadBot follows the same principles as the wider Squadify platform: only aggregated team-level data is used, individual responses are never visible, and client data is not used to train AI models.
If something doesn't seem right
SquadBot's responses are AI-generated and, like any AI tool, can occasionally be inaccurate or miss context. If a response seems wrong, unhelpful, or concerning, raise it with your coach in the first instance. If you don't have a named coach, contact thesquad@squadify.net. We review flagged responses to improve accuracy over time.
If SquadBot identifies a serious concern — for example, signs of distress or a safeguarding issue — it will recommend appropriate next steps rather than attempt to resolve this itself. Human judgement always leads on these matters.
