You don't need to be an expert in surveys, data, or coaching. Your role is to:

• Introduce Squadify clearly and calmly to your team
• Encourage honest participation
• Create space for a constructive conversation
• Support the team to follow through on agreed actions

You will be supported — by your organisation and, where relevant, by a coach.

Working with a coach

In some deployments, you'll work with a coach alongside Squadify. A coach's role is to help you interpret the data, support productive team conversations, and help turn insight into action.

They are not there to judge or assess you. They are there to support you and your team.

A final word

Squadify works best when it's approached with curiosity rather than pressure. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to listen, learn, and take a step forward with your team.
