Here's what you and your team can expect

Your team completes a short survey

Everyone in the team receives a personal link. It takes around 10 minutes. Responses are confidential.

You receive a team report

Results are aggregated at team level. The report highlights strengths and areas to focus on. You'll see patterns, not individual opinions.

You have a team conversation

Often supported by a coach. Focused on understanding the data together. Aimed at agreeing one or two priorities.

You take action — and revisit

The team works on the agreed actions. You repeat the process roughly every 90 days. This helps you see progress over time.

You don't need to "fix everything". Small, focused changes are what create momentum.
